Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread

Petition is a very important part of prayer.  It must be coupled by Praise.  We can ask Our Father for whatever we have need of.  But it is when we pray with desire however, that our prayers are heard.  Passion, and heartfelt reaching is what God is looking for.  Jesus said in the book of Mark, whatever things you desire when you pray...ask believing....and you shall have whatever you ask.   Give us this day is an urgent plea.  A desperate, expectant cry, for the hand of God to be seen in the lives of His people.   Jesus knew the power of desire and passion, and what they could do to bring the solutions into the Earth from the "heavenly realm".  Expectation, believe that whatever you ask you receive.  Have an expectant heart.  The right attitude positions us to receive the wonderful blessings that God has already prepared for us each day.

Daily Bread, we need to realize that God is our source and no other.  Although it is true that He is constantly providing for us even before we ask, Jesus told us to ASK.
Ask and you shall receive. seek and you shall find....   God told us to ask Him for bread, and He would not give us a stone.  He gives good gifts to His children. Some of us have been taught that it is wrong to ask God for things personally.  But let me remind you, that God wants us to reach out to Him in faith continually trusting Him to be our All in All.
ASK HIM TODAY TO BE YOUR SOURCE.
THANK HIM TODAY FOR BEING YOUR PROVIDER OF EVERY GOOD THING.
